The support James Bean provided my wife and I before and during on the sale of our home was outstanding!  From our initial discussions almost a year before we put the house on the market James was a true real-estate professional.  He provided guidance on what our house needed in repairs with an actual walk-through of the house.  When we were ready to list the house, he helped us with the pricing and steps to take to make the house show better.

James excelled in marketing our house.  He did a wonderful photo layout which was an animated video walk-through of the home that more than a few people commented on during open houses and showings.  Before the first open house he walked our Cupsaw Lake area door to door letting the neighbors know that the house was on the market and the dates of the first open house.

James was deferential towards our situation – Donna’s 94 year old mother, who is on a walker and is not a social person.  He ensured that she was not upset or bothered by showings or open houses.

I cannot say enough about James' expertise and support.  I’m afraid that I overburdened his voice mail and email accounts.  He always replied quickly, with the right answer. This was a major transaction for us and, otherwise, we would not have had the correct direction and peace of mind that he gave us.
