By utilizing his professional photographic skills, he was able to show all the characteristics that made our home special.  He spent a great deal of time and thought into taking the photos, video & drone images.   His written descriptions were also very well done. At a time when scheduling open houses have declined in popularity, James scheduled them frequently. He has demonstrated how to use them effectively, establishing strong and productive relationships with prospective buyers.  As a result of the aggressive scheduling of open houses, along with the high level of professional sales and marketing expertise he displayed, James provided great results. He produced multiple offers and numerous other interested buyers for us to choose from.
